- How long does my order take?
Whitenhue design displayed on our website are normally delivered within 15 working day. Customized design can take a little longer depending upon the complexity, although timeline is something we can take care of.
- Can you ship our order to other address ?
yes we can ship to other address. Just speak with our customer care person. We will take care of it.
- What is your 15 days Money Back Policy ?
you can return our product 15 days from the day of delivery, our policy states that the refund will be credited back to your Bank account. All the refund is credited back to the bank account provided by customers. Please note return should be placed within 15 days. Once the order is picked up and collected, we will check the condition of the product, its quality and original jewellery certificate along with invoice. Only if we receive the product in original condition, we will process the refund. If the certificate is misplaced, we will deduct Rs 500.
- Is return applicable on customise product?
Sorry, we do not take any product back or return for any customized order. Only orders from white & hue designs will be considered for return.
- Do I Need To Pay For Shipping The Product Back To You ?
No, you won’t need to pay as we offer FREE RETURN shipping. We will arrange a pick up from your place and get it exchanged/returned. When you are returning the product within the 15 day frame, you will get complimentary return shipping for exchanges, refunds and even resizing.
- Do you provide changes post delivery of the product ?
If there is a ring or bracelet resizing we can do that. No major changes allowed once the product is delivered to you.
- How Do I Return The Product To White & hue Within The 15 Day Time Frame ?
Call or chat with our customer support team and let them know you want to exchange/return. From there, we will take care of everything. Just keep the package ready the way it came to you including the diamond certificate and original documents. We will arrange the pick up and get all the things done for you.
PLEASE NOTE : IT IS MANDATORY TO MAKE UNBOXING VIDEO ON DELIVERY. ANY FALSE CLAIM OF PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. NO UNBOXING VIDEO, THE PRODUCT WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Lifetime Exchange And Buy Back Policy
We also have a lifetime change and buy back policy in place. This is applicable on all purchases that are made from whitenhue, within India. All you have to do is ensure you return the original product along with the certificate.

Gold: 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate*
Diamond : 100% of the prevailing diamond value*
* Deduction will be made towards Making Charges, GST and Special Discount.
LIFETIME BUYBACK
Diamond Jewellery: Additional 10% will be deducted from the lifetime exchange value*
Plain Gold Jewellery: Additional 3% will be deducted from the LTE value
* If original certificate is not provided, INR 500/per product will be deducted
