Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Select a beautiful and lovely Jewelry and ‘Add to your Shopping Bag’.
    1. Apply the coupon if you have any.
    1. Add gifting message if your gifting to someone special.
    1. Click on ‘Checkout’ if you have finalized your order, else ‘Continue Shopping’.
    1. Enter your Email Address and Name on the Secure Checkout Screen and proceed for Billing and Shipping.
    1. Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options.
    1. Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order.
    1. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as SMS to your registered mobile and email address.
  • Can I order by phone?

Sure. You can browse through our designs on the website and order your selected design by phone. Our customer Support representative would also help you place the order.

  • Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address as well as SMS will be sent to your registered mobile no.

  • How to Cancel an Order?

  • How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

Please log in to your White&hue account. Go to My Account and then click on Order. Select the order you want to track and then click on “Track Order”

  • What are delivery charges in W&H?

We provide free shipping on all items all across India.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

Usually we deliver our products within 8-10 business days but maximum delivery time frame for your order would be 12 business days

*Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

  • How will the delivery be done?

We are in partnership with BlueDart. All our shipments are sent via BlueDart Apex Service, which is the highest level of service from Bluedart. The shipment are highly secured and Insured against theft. Although we deliver to more than 23000 pin codes across India, we would recommend you to check your pincode for delivery option.

  • How safe is my product?

We ship our products with tamper proof package and all our products are safe and insured until it reaches you. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place an order ?

You can change the shipping address, until your order is ready to be shipped. Please reach our Customer Support team in chat box or call us at +919867977887 for assistance.

  • Do you ship to my location (Pincode)?

Yes! Definitely! We have COD facility all across India with free delivery.

Payments-

  • How do I make a payment for a W&H purchase ?

We have Cash on Delivery (COD), Net banking and debit / credit card payment facility. The cash on delivery option is available all across India with free delivery.

All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private with White&Hue. White&Hue and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

  • Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no additional or hidden costs. Only 3% GST, which is already added to the price of the jewellery that you see on the website.

  • How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or talk to our customer Support team with your bank account and IFSC code. The refund will be done within 7 business days.

  • Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and White&Hue does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

  • What if there is a problem with my purchase ?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we’ll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we’ll repair it for you for free within 15 days of delivery. After that we will never charge for service provided by us. All you have to pay for is the shipping cost: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with the product, you can return the product to us within 15 days, we have a 15-day No questions asked Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.

  • Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

Of course, you can as long as it is simply a size change issue. But only go to a trusted local jeweller store since you never know if they replace the real diamonds with any fake once.

Returns & Exchange-

  • What is your 15 days Money Back Policy?

If the product delivered is returned back to us within the 15 day period, our policy states that the refund will be credited back to your White&Hue account. You can make fresh purchase using the credits or even have the amount back to your bank account as well. All the refund is credited back to the bank account provided by customers.

  • Do I Need To Pay For Shipping The Product Back To You?

No, you won’t need to pay as we offer FREE RETURN shipping. We will arrange a pick up from your place and get it exchanged/returned. When you are returning the product within the 15 day frame, you will get complimentary return shipping for exchanges, refunds and even resizing.

  • How Do I Return The Product To White&Hue Within The 15 Day Time Frame?

Here are the steps you need to follow. And there is only one step so you can exchange or return hassle free:-

  1. Call or chat with our customer support team and let them know you want to exchange/return. From there, we will take care of everything. Just keep the package ready the way it came to you including the diamond certificate and original documents. We will arrange the pick up and get all the things done for you.
  • Lifetime Exchange And Buy Back Policy

We also have a lifetime change and buy back policy in place. This is applicable on all purchases that are made from White&Hue, within India. All you have to do is ensure you return the original product along with the certificate.

Ring Size Issue-

  • Can I order a ring in a size that isn’t offered on the site ?

Yes Definitely! You can contact our customer support team to customize your ring size after the order has been placed.

  • What if I don’t know the ring size ?

You can simply place the order with a ring size that you think is right for you. The, contact our live chat support team and share your order number. We will dispatch a free ring sizer for you that will reach you in 1-2 business days. In the meantime we will process the ring’s early stage. Once you confirm the exact ring size, we will then mold the ring according to that ring size. And Ta-Da! we help you get your ring size right in the first time itself!

Note: This service is applicable on orders within India only.

  • Can I resize my Ring?

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Is White&Hue jewellry authentic and certified ?

Absolutely. Our entire collection, be it yellow, white or rose gold, is 100 percent pure gold. We use 14 karat and 18 karat real gold to make our jewellery across all categories. Our diamonds too are completely original and certified. We have IGI/SGL Diamond certification to authenticate our diamonds, which is the highest industry standards. Furthermore, White&Hue is an all-inclusive BIS Hallmarked Jewellery Brand. So your jewellery will have BIS Hallmarked engraved on it for the quality of Gold.

  • Can I customize a design?

Please call our Customer Support team to customize your lovely design and they will surely help you.

  • Do pendants come with a chain?

Yes, we do have a selection of chains to offer you. After you select a pendant, click on ‘Add Chain’ given in the details of pendent. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

  • What will my packing be like?

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive White&Hue Premium Packaging with the All New Light Box. We believe in giving our customers best Unboxing experience.

  • I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

  • Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads like rent and inventory costs. Plus, we deal directly with our manufactures and that is why all our product’s prices are lower than all offline stores as well as most other online stores too.
